SO HEY. There was the whole post with the Master asking for masks to be loaned for testing, and Cameron saying she'd donate hers and gather any others he wanted.

Actually carrying out a log for this seemed like it would be both tedious and requiring of huge amounts of technobabble. But the Master would have ICly done it, and since Cameron asked he would have definitely taken her up on her offer of stealing other people's masks as well. So I was wondering: could we just handwave that happening, and say that the results were that (a) the masks were, indeed, made out of what they seemed to be made out of, (b) had no perceptible time signature, and (c) did, however, have a pretty alarming psychic attachment of personality enhancement + inhibitions lowering?

Sounds perfect! I was wondering how that would play out and just haven't been around enough to think about it. Especially with, like you said, the technobabble that would be involved. So yeah, handwaving is great!
